Our Story
Trend Tots Boutique Childcare was born from the vision of a passionate mother who deeply understands the value of recognising each child as a unique individual. With a strong belief in blending the warmth of home life with the benefits of home-based childcare, she set out to create an environment where every child feels special, seen, and supported.
As a fully qualified childcare centre manager with years of hands-on experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the role. She personally handpicks each home-based educator and home environment, ensuring the highest standards of care. She also supports the planning of daily activities tailored to the individual needs and learning styles of each child.
At Trend Tots, we celebrate every child’s personality and preferred way of learning. Providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment is at the heart of what we do.

Boutique Approach
The first five years of a child’s life are a vital foundation for lifelong learning and development. At Trend Tots, we recognise that young children flourish when surrounded by trusting relationships, love, attention, and consistency from their Educators.
Our home-based boutique childcare model is thoughtfully designed to provide this nurturing foundation. With a maximum of four children per setting at a time, we ensure each child receives personalised care, meaningful interactions, and the emotional security and sense of belonging they need to thrive.

Our approach combines intentional teaching with child-led exploration, ensuring that tamariki learn through play in ways that are joyful, relevant, and developmentally appropriate.
